A direct-genotype analysis of consumer array data: your own DNA data, read carefully by an analyst, checked against public research databases and turned into a plan you can measure.
Three evidence layersTen physiological systemsNorway-compliant wellness framework
Most consumer DNA services return raw data and automated summaries. The Blueprint Report is written for one person, by hand, with every finding graded by the strength of its evidence and every recommendation tied to something you can measure.
| Input | The raw data file from a consumer DNA test you already own (for example 23andMe or MyHeritage) and a short questionnaire about your training, diet, sleep and goals. |
|---|---|
| Analysis | Quality control, harmonisation to the reference genome and matching against public research databases (dbSNP, ClinVar, GWAS Catalog) on SAURAMO’s own equipment in Norway. No cloud services, no third parties. |
| Output | A 50+ page individual report: three evidence layers, ten physiological systems, an individual nutrition and supplement plan, a 30-day priority list, a 90-day plan and a measurement plan, delivered with a personal debrief. |
| Price | 12 000 NOK including 25 % VAT for the Foundation Edition, the same directly or through a partner. Extended Edition on 30x whole-genome sequencing priced by scope. |
| Prepared by | SAURAMO, registered sole proprietorship, org.nr. 936 102 239, Oslo. An informational and educational wellness analysis, not health care. |
If you train seriously, track your recovery and already invest in coaching, the Blueprint Report adds the one layer of information that is yours alone: what your own genome says about how you handle iron, caffeine, carbohydrates, training load, sleep and recovery, and what to measure to find out whether a change is working.
One analyst, your file, your questionnaire. The report reads your data against the research and against what you told us about your training, diet and goals, and says what it means for you rather than for everyone with the same variant.
Every finding carries an evidence grade from A to D. Strong findings drive the plan; weak ones are reported so nothing is hidden, and labelled so you do not act on them.
Every recommendation is linked to a blood marker, a device metric or a follow-up test, with targets and timing. The plan tells you what to change and how you will know.
Send the raw data file from your existing test and sign the consent form directly with SAURAMO. If you work with a trainer, they never handle your data.
Your file is checked, harmonised and matched against public research databases on our own equipment in Norway. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
10–15 hours of analysis and writing per report. Delivered as a PDF with a plain-language reading guide, your individual nutrition and supplement plan, a 30-day priority list, a 90-day plan and a measurement plan, and explained to you in a personal debrief.
You take the measurements in the plan, on your own or with your trainer, and see what changes. Questions about any finding come to SAURAMO, at any time.
The Blueprint Report is designed to sit inside the programme you already run. Your client gets an analysis that explains why certain training, nutrition and recovery choices fit them; you get measurable targets to coach against. SAURAMO does everything that concerns the genetics, so you never have to interpret a finding or answer for one.
You sell the report at the list price, 12 000 NOK including VAT, the same as ordering directly. Your share is agreed separately, so your client never sees two prices.
Selected partners receive a Foundation Edition report on their own data, with the same debrief a client gets. Nobody recommends this convincingly without having seen what it found about themselves.
The report becomes an element of your gym’s premium programme, not one option among many. Exclusivity is agreed per gym or practice.
Personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, nutrition coaches, recovery and sleep coaches, and other practitioners who work with clients on training, nutrition and recovery over months rather than sessions, and whose clients already pay for expertise and measure their progress.
| Partner share | 20–25 % of the price net of VAT, as a referral and coaching fee. |
|---|---|
| Settlement | By default SAURAMO invoices the client and pays your share monthly for reports delivered in the month. For a partner’s first engagements an alternative can be agreed: you invoice the client, the client has a full satisfaction guarantee on the report, and you remit SAURAMO’s share within 30 days of the client having paid and received the report. |
| Materials | A one-page client sales sheet, a one-page partner briefing and a thirty-minute onboarding. Nothing else to learn. |
| Start | Write to us with a few lines about your practice, your clients and your gym. We reply with the partner briefing and a proposal for your own report. |
The first layer is the clinical classifications in ClinVar for every variant where the alternative allele is present. The second is the published genome-wide associations in the GWAS Catalog where the genotype departs from the population average, with risk alleles checked against dbSNP frequencies. The third is a curated panel of variants used in nutrigenomics, biohacking and pharmacogenomics, each with an interpretation in plain language.
| A | Clinical guideline or strong clinical classification: pharmacogenomic guidelines, high-confidence clinical entries, authorised health claims. |
|---|---|
| B | Replicated genome-wide association, or a single large study; typical effects are small, 1.1–1.5 times per allele. |
| C | Candidate-gene studies or limited replication; mechanism plausible, effect size uncertain. |
| D | Weak or inconsistent evidence; reported because the variant is popular in biohacking, not because it should drive action. |
| Tier 1 | Evidence-based: human evidence plus a genotype- or phenotype-specific rationale; doses within regulatory limits; linked to a measurement and a target. |
|---|---|
| Tier 2 | Experimental: plausible mechanism and acceptable safety, no proof of benefit for this genotype; presented with a dose range, a duration, an outcome to measure and a stop rule. |
| Tier 3 | Not recommended: tests and products whose validity or safety is not established, listed with the reason and the validated alternative. |
The same price directly from SAURAMO or through a partner. Prices include Norwegian VAT (MVA) at 25 %.
SAURAMO is a registered Norwegian sole proprietorship based in Oslo, founded in 2025 by a long-time biohacker who saw that AI-assisted coding, data analysis and database work had brought genome-informed analysis within reach of a single analyst, at a level that used to be available only to people who could pay a clinic tens of thousands of dollars a year. The practice does one thing: it reads a person’s own DNA data carefully against public research, grades the evidence honestly, and turns it into a plan that can be measured.
The work is deliberately small and local. Every report is produced on the company’s own equipment in Norway, under the client’s explicit consent, and delivered by the analyst who wrote it. The company does not perform genetic tests, does not practise medicine and does not pass data to anyone.
